Returns Policy
RETURNS POLICY
- Ackermann’s Apparel will gladly accept any product, or order (including sample orders) which has not been worn, damaged, altered or laundered within 30 days from receipt of goods.
- For any order that is returned, we will retain the payment processing fee of 3% of the total of the items returned since we incur this charge regardless of whether items are kept or returned.
- Embroidered/altered or special size or length items are non-returnable.
- Any Items returned after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted or refunded.
- Customers are responsible for delivery and return shipping charges, which are not refundable.
- Clothing must not have been worn nor washed and must be suitable for re-stocking.
- Garments must be returned their original plastic bags and tags bearing the design name and size. Failure to do so will result in the returned items not being credited back or an additional restocking fee may be applied.
- There are no returns on close-out specials or discontinued merchandise.
- There are no returns on any items/orders that have been discounted.
- We recommend you send items by a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for packages not received.
REFUNDS
- Once a return has been inspected, a refund for the applicable amount (see returns policy above for processing fees and any restocking fees that may apply) will be issued to the original payment method on account.
- For customers with credit terms accounts, a credit will be issued either against the outstanding amount on the invoice reducing the final balance to pay or of the invoice was already paid, the credit can be used against other open invoices. If there are no open invoices, customer may keep the credit on account for future purchases or we can issue a manual refund as agreed with the customer.
- Refunds issued back to a credit card on file usually take 3-5 business days.
